A New approach of Distance Learning: HPR Nepal TV
Information is power in this century. HPR Nepal is going to launch a new innovative way of distance training on scientific farming, Health Care Training and Education. The cable Television distribution companies are using optical fiber to distribute Television signals. There is a common practice of launching local TV channel in each cable company. Use of a dedicated server computer for data storage (Video and Audio) of distance training (E-Farming, E-Health, and E-education etc), a dedicated local line phone set and channel broadcasting accessories is enough for that.
Our local partner at Gulmi and Arghakhachi district had launched such a local TV channel in coordination with HPR Nepal.
