Solar based technology
Our Technology: Prosperous Nepal has successfully completed a model of Solar-Gasifier Hybrid system for drying the agricultural product. During the sunny period of a day, the drying system run by solar dryer and after sunny period it is run by Gasifer based drying system.
All agricultural residue which can be changed in to biomass can be used in our system. There are some agricultural product which should be dry continuously for 12-15 hours in constant temperature and humidity for their original test in relative dry product. Therefore it was very difficult to use solar based technology solely for drying system.
The hybrid system is going to be installed in Gulmi and Palpa district soon for drying Ginger and Coffee. Gasifier based drying system is already lunched in Ilam by the group of mechanical engineer from our group ( Er. Prakash Aryal, Er. Bipul Shrestha). It is producing high quality organic tea from last year. We hope that the economy of Nepalese people would change by scientific agriculture and our drying system will help them to export high quality food instead of Raw material.
